HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?
NOW! With weekends and holidays being the preferred times for slumber parties our schedule can fill up fast and is first in, first serve.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR PARTY PACKAGES?
Each package includes delivery, set up and styling of your party as well as pack down the following day of:

WHAT AREA DO WE SERVICE?
We currently service all of Hamilton, Ngaruawahia, Cambridge & Te Awamutu. A delivery fee may apply for rural delivery addresses & locations outside of our service area, please tell us your location when filling out the booking form.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM THEME?
Yes, we'd love to put together a package to suit your desired theme. In some instances a fee of $50 or less may apply if we need to purchase additional items for your theme, but we'll always do our utmost to use our existing décor items first. Please contact us for a no obligation chat about any ideas you have in mind.
HOW MUCH PARTY SPACE IS REQUIRED?
When set up each teepee is 1m wide by 2.3 m long with a tray table on the end. If space is limited, tray tables can be set up on top of the mattress which will reduce the length to 1.8m.
The teepees can be arranged into assorted configurations to make them work in any space. If you're unsure, let us know your room dimensions and we’ll work through options for you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
Depending on the amount of teepees please allow 60-90 minutes for us to set up and 30-50 minutes for pack down the following day.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
At the time of booking a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred party date. The remaining party balance is due 5 working days before your party.
DO I NEED TO PAY A BOND?
When hiring our slumber party equipment a $100 bond is payable no later than 5 working days before your party and will be refunded into your account within 5 working days after the party as long as there is no damage to any of our party equipment upon return.
